Now that you know all the
rules and
regulations, it's time to get your film in for consideration.

When submitting more than
one film,
please submit separate packages for each film, including separate video
cassettes, and include all items listed above. You may use photocopies
of the entry form as necessary.
Entry Checklist
No entry will be processed
without
these materials:
Electronic
• ____ Electronic
pre-submission via
email, email with attached file (PDF/Txt) or On-Line Entry Form.
If you are using the .PDF or On-Line Entry submission forms be sure to
print extra copies for your own files and to send in with the
submission
package. You should email this on or before the day you ship your
package. If you experience great difficulty pre-submitting
electronically,
include a short desciption of the problem and go ahead and enter
normally.
Physical
• ____ A preview copy
on 1/2” VHS videotape
of film (NTSC system only) for consideration by the Selection
Committee.
Be certain to label with videotape and any video box with the film's
title,
your name, phone number, and email address.
• ____ Completed
printed Entry Form
with authorized signature and date must accompany each entry.
• ____ One set of press
and publicity
materials and/or Description and synopsis of film and at least one
black
& white or color still from film.
• ____ Entry fee:
Enclose check, money
order or bank draft, payable to the WOODS HOLE FILM FESTIVAL.,
Inc.
International entrants must use an international money order paid in US
dollars through a US bank.
• ____ All entries must
be postmarked
on or before May 1, 2004. (Early submission discounts apply until April
1, 2004 - see fee schedule.) All entries must be sent to the WHFF
prepaid and, for your own protection, should be insured.
• ____ (optional)
Videotapes will NOT
be returned UNLESS application is accompanied by a self-addressed,
stamped
mailing package or special instructions and return shipping
costs.
All tapes will be kept for additional consideration in the Winter Film
Series as well.

confirmation
that your entry was received, please include a stamped self-addressed
postcard.
Electronic Entry Form
Due to the large number of submissions,
we are converting to electronic documentation of entry submissions.
Whichever way you decide, you will be pre-submitting the entry form
by computer email and then submitting a printed copy to the festival
along with your film and submission elements. Because many
are new to electronic submissions, you have two choices to submit
this way:
1. Adobe Acrobat
PDF File: If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (to read and
fill in .PDF files) and are familiar with how they work, use this
option. If not go to Option 2. This is a file that you can fill
out on your computer and send a copy by email and print to include
a copy with the mailed package. You can do this on-line or
download the file to you computer and do it later. But be
sure to save the file after you have filled it out and email the
saved file! You should also keep a copy for your own records.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader
to open the form.
The form is large and
you are better
off downloading it to your computer and filling it out.
To download on a Mac, hold down the
CONTROL key and click.
Select "Download Link to Disk."
To download on a PC, right click. Select
"Save As."

2. Text
Entry Email: For people unable to use .PDF fill-in files, download
the text file and open it in your computer. Once you have
filled in the blanks, copy the form and the filled-in answers into
an email and send it or you can send it as an email attachment to
callforentries@woodsholefilmfestival.org.
To download on a Mac, hold down the
CONTROL key and click.
Select "Download Link to Disk."
To download on a PC, right click. Select
"Save As."
